Meet Aubrey Staples

Attorney

Aubrey Staples, a dedicated family law attorney at Law Elevated, helps her clients navigate everything from simple to complex divorces, custody actions, paternity matters, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adoption, and surrogacy contracts. Since earning her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2021, Aubrey has been committed to providing personalized legal strategies for each unique case. During law school, she interned with Utah 3rd District Judge Holmberg and contributed significantly to framing Utah’s Domestic Relations Special Master law.

Aubrey is licensed to practice in both Utah and Wyoming, although she is not currently practicing in Wyoming. As a Utah native from the small town of Echo, her upbringing and involvement in her local FFA Chapter inspired her to pursue a career in law. Aubrey believes in the power of families, viewing them as the foundation of our future, and takes immense pride in her work.

In her free time, Aubrey enjoys the outdoors with her husband James and their spirited rescue dog Stella. She loves camping, baking—especially during Christmas—and spending time with family. Aubrey values community involvement and actively gives back as a board member of the Standing Committee of Children and Family Law and the Park City Bar. She is also a member of the AFCC (Association of Family and Conciliation Courts).
